Southwick’s Zoo is not responsible for errors caused by third-party ticketing platforms, payment processors, or technical issues beyond our control.
Refunds, Exchanges, and Cancellations
All sales are final unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
- Tickets, memberships, donations, and event registrations are generally non-refundable.

Guest Conduct and Safety

Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to:
- Harassment, disorderly conduct, or unsafe behavior
- Feeding animals outside of designated experiences
- Entering restricted areas
- Use of drones or unauthorized equipment
- Damage to property or exhibits
Failure to comply may result in removal from the premises without refund.
Assumption of Risk
Visiting Southwick’s Zoo involves inherent risks, including but not limited to exposure to animals, uneven terrain, weather conditions, rides, and crowds.
By entering zoo property, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with your visit and agree that Southwick’s Zoo is not responsible for injuries, losses, or damages except as required by law.
Photography, Video, and Media Use
By entering Southwick’s Zoo property, you acknowledge and agree that photographs, video, and audio recordings may be taken for promotional, educational, or operational purposes.
