Interesting Facts
Unlike normal cows, Ankole-Watusi species do not produce high quantities of milk. At most, the Watusi will produce 1-2 liters of milk. In comparison, conventional cows can produce around 20 liters.
Despite their large size and body mass, this cattle breed has an impressive jumping ability and can run at speeds upwards of 25 mph.
Their horns are among the largest of all cattle and can span up to 8 feet from tip to tip, with a circumference of 20-30 inches.
