Flex tickets for our 2024 season will be HALF PRICE online only from Monday, November 27th to Wednesday, November 29th.
Tickets purchased online during the sale are valid for any single day during our 2024 zoo season (early April through October).
The Cyber Monday sale is online only and DOES NOT include Date & Time Specific Tickets, Value Passes, EARTH Memberships, or Winter Wonderland tickets. Tickets purchased online are “print at home” and will not be mailed.

What are Flex Tickets?
Flex Tickets are single-day zoo tickets that are not purchased for a specific date or entry time, and they may be used for any day during the season (early April – October 31). They are our most flexible ticket option!
Will I need to make a reservation next year to use my tickets?
No. Unless state regulations change before the start of our 2024 zoo season, visitors with Flex Tickets will not need to make a reservation for their visit date.
Will my tickets be mailed to me?
Tickets purchased online are print-at-home (please note that tickets can be shown on your phone at the entrance), and will not be mailed. All tickets purchased online are delivered via email, so be careful to make sure there are no typos in your email address.
Are Flex Tickets with rides included in the sale?
No, only 2024 general admission tickets are included in the sale.
Can I use tickets purchased during the sale for Winter Wonderland?
Zoo admission tickets cannot be used for Winter Wonderland a. This special event takes place outside of our normal hours of operation and requires its own date and time-specific ticket.
I have an existing account, but it won’t let me log in to purchase tickets. What do I do?
If you are unable to log into your existing account or encounter any other technical issues, please contact our Guest Services before the end of the sale and they will assist! You can reach Guest Services at 1-800-258-9182 ext 211 or by emailing guestservices@southwickszoo.com. If you call during a time when staff is not in the office to answer the phone, please leave a message and we will return your call when available. Do not be alarmed if you leave a phone message or email us and do not receive an immediate response!
I bought tickets, but I can’t find my confirmation email. What should I do?
Be sure to check your spam/junk inbox in case your confirmation email is filtered into there. If you still cannot find the email, please contact us at guestservices@southwickszoo.com and we can resend your confirmation email. Remember to be careful when entering your email address during the purchase! If you make a typo, then you will not receive the confirmation with your ticket attachment.
